Return Requests
Before returning a shipment to DengSoftware.com, obtain a RETURN
AUTHORIZATION (RA) number. Request an RA number by calling us
directly at:

Have the following information ready:
Invoice Number Product Model Number
Product Serial Number
Outline of the problem.
Return Policy
Defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same
product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 25%
Returns Processing Service Charge. Defective products must be in
original factory carton with all original packing materials.
All damaged merchandise must be returned within fifteen (15) days of
the invoice date. All miscellaneous materials such as manuals,
accessories and cables must be included. All returns for credit
must be in resaleable condition, include original packing material
and all other accessories provided upon original delivery. If any
of these materials are missing, your account will be billed
accordingly. Packages refused at the time of delivery will be
considered a return and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping & Handling will be non-refundable.
Once Credit Card is charged, cancelled orders will be charged a 5% order processing
fee. The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label,
not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received without an RA number,
freight collect, not approved for return, or in any way not meeting
the above criteria, will be refused.
Return Authorization numbers are good for ten (10) days only. All RA numbers must appear on your
return shipping label. Any products returned after the expiration
date will be refused. All returns for credit or exchange must be
done within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of
at least $25, or 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.
Warranty on all products is only 30 days from the date the items
are shipped, unless otherwise posted on the invoice.
No product will be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance after the 30
day warranty is over. If a product is received broken or physically
damaged by the customer, DengSoftware.com must be informed about it
within 24 hours of receiving the package. After that, no physically
damaged processor will be accepted.
DengSoftware credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest.
